Late in 2012 the executive power of Baku received from President AZN 10 million
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for the second time this year has allocated from his reserve fund in the State budget for 2012 funds to implement "additional measures to accelerate the construction activities and reconstruction in Baku."
The Executive Power of Baku in the end of the year received 10 million manat. The specific areas of the expenditure are not reported, as previous similar orders. In September of this year from a specified source the President allocated 20 million manat to the EP of Baku. .
To carry out major repairs of residential buildings, roads, owned by the executive authority of the capital, were allocated public investment of 327 million manat.
Since 2006 the Baku authorities received from the state budget for the resettlement of 816 million manat, experts say. This amount does not include funds allocated to the Ministry of Transport for the construction, repair of roads, bridges, crossings, etc.
The Cabinet has not yet ordered the allocation of public investment in 2013. It is expected that funding of the EP of Baku will be at least 300 million manat. - 08D-
