In 2000, the housing stock of the country at 27.7% was achieved with hot water, to July 1, 2014 this kind of utility services provided 8.8% of the housing. The State Statistics Committee considered normal figure due to lower performance (in 2012-13, 5.2% in 2011 - 4.7%).
According to statistics, 80% of the existing equipment on the balance of JSC Azeristiliktechizat located in Baku, and the rest are located in the cities of Ganja, Sumgait and Mingachevir. The decline in services was not reflected in the amount of public funding.
Unlike hot water, according to the State Statistics Committee, is much better (64.8%) the situation with a central heating system. Experts believe these figures are highly exaggerated, because most of the population, even the capital enjoys bought heaters and combination heating systems.
In 2008-13 years for the section "heating of housing and communal services” there was allocated AZN 112 million from the budget. AZN 109 million more was allocated to this corporation from the budget in the form of investment projects. It means approximately 36.8 million manat per year for poor housekeeping.
The State Statistics Committee notes that in August of this year, 87.1% of the population is provided with water from the tap and 85.1% - with centralized sewerage. In addition, 92.1% of the housing in the country is supplied with gas.
Note - government statistics takes into account not only privatized housing, but also housing construction cooperatives. -17D-
