The insurance company AzSigorta will hold the annual general meeting of shareholders.
According to official data frrom the management of this financial institution, the event is scheduled for 10 a.m. on March 11 at 99|1 Ismayil Bey Gutgashynly Street.
The agenda included a discussion of the activities of the past year and plans for the current financial cycle.
The insurance company AzSigorta license to operate was issued in November 2006. The only shareholder is a single individual.
The authorized capital of the company amounts to 20.3 million manat.
The company has a license to provide insurance on 28 items, 24 of which are voluntary types and 4 are mandatory ones.
It has 6 branches in the country.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
