Master Plans for Five Towns Approved
Local authorities have approved the master plans of the five towns. Thus, over 30 towns across the country urban planning should be conducted in compliance with the approved documents.
According to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture (SCUPA), master plans have recently been approved by the regional centers of the Balakan, Siyazan, Yardimli, Zardab and Zagatala regions. These planning documents have been prepared by specialized engineering companies to the order of SCUPA. Detailed information on the master plans of the towns is available on the official website www.arxkom.gov.az.
Today started the development of the draft plans for five towns (Agjabadi, Goychay, Salyan, Khachmaz and Shamkir). Under development are projects of master plans of Mingachevir, Gusar, Masalli, Neftchala and Naftalan. ---08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
