Muganbank increases the authorized capital by 5 million manats
JSC Muganbank increases share capital by 5 million or 12.1% to 46.31 million manat.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee said, the relevant prospectus for 25 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares of nominal value of AZN 200 passed the state registration on Monday .
According to the prospectus , placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange ( BSE) .
At present, the authorized capital of Muganbank is 41.31 million manat. The main shareholder is the chairman of the supervisory board Elmir Mehdiyev ( 65.50 % of equity ) . - 15B -
