New asset management company in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan creates the third asset management company. LLC Trust Asset Management was registered on July 22. Official information in the public register of commercial entities appeared on August 13.
Referring to the basic information about the new company, we can assume that it is close to one of the leading holding companies in Azerbaijan, LLC Azersun Holding.
To provide initial capital to the share capital of the company 500 thousand manat has been invested. The Director is Director General of LLC Azersun Holding, Ahmet Heman.
The Supervisory Board is composed of the President of the holding Abdolbari Gozal, Deputy General Director of the Holding, Nazim Guliyev and former chairman of the National Depository Center and BSE Fariz Azizov.
The LLC plans to provide professional management of various types of securities (stocks, bonds, etc.) and other assets in order to profit investors.
The license to engage in these activities is given in perpetuity and the size of the state fee is 5,500 manat.
The first license in August 2013 was awarded to Invest Az Asset Management (Charter Capital - 125,000 manat). It was followed by LLC AzFinance Asset Management (Charter Capital - 150,000 manat), which on June 30 of this year was provided a second license for this activity by the State Securities Committee. --08B-
