New SCC Regime Enters into Force
From March 1, the State Customs Committee takes strict control of the timely return of temporarily imported and exported goods and vehicles passing through Azerbaijani customs under the procedure of temporary imports and exports. This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Committee.
This mode regards individuals in compliance with President Ilham Aliyev's decree dated 21 May 2016, amending the decree "On the regulation of interagency automated retrieval system Entry-Exit and registration".
"To individuals who violate commitments to the timely return of temporarily imported and exported goods and means of transport, the restriction will be applied in the transition over the border," warns the SCC. ----08D
