On August 1, new tariffs are introduced for street advertising
A meeting of the Tariff Council of the country where prices have been considered for the outdoor advertising took place on July 14. In accordance with the decisions, the number of categories disseminating advertising has been reduced form 17 to 5, according to sources in the Cabinet of Ministers. The number of areas of advertising has been reduced from 51 to 15. In addition, a number of coefficients have been canceled.
It was decided that in Baku square foot for outdoor advertising (stationary or portable), depending on the zone, varies from 16 to 24 manat.
Square meter for advertising along roads, in parks, gardens and on street corners will cost 12-20 manat;
- on roofs, walls, buildings, hot air balloons and airships - 8-16 AZN;
- in subways, at bus stops, shopping kiosks and petrol stations - 6-8 manat;
- in the shop windows and windows 6.4 manat.
In Sumgait, Ganja, Mingechevir, Khirdalan and Absheron districts advertising will be in the ratio of the value of 0.7 in Baku; in other regions - in a ratio of 0.5. New rates for advertising are introduced on 1 August. -02D-
