The management of Parabank has scheduled a general meeting of shareholders on June 3. According to the bank, the meeting will discuss the financial statements on its last year's activities. Other matters will be also touched.
JSC Parabank was established in 1991. The shareholders are 19 individuals - E. Guliyev - 17.39%, T. Hajiyeva - 17.3%, A. Guliyeva - 17.39%, V. Guliyev - 15.4%, E. Guliyev - 13.01%. The other shareholders (14) are minority shareholders controlling aggregate 19.51% of the shares.
The authorized capital is 35,410,000 manat. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
