Ongoing Social Project of AXA MBASK
In the framework of the project School Community, the social project Children - Insurance for Our Future continues in Sheki and Guba, implemented on the initiative of JSC AXA MBASK with the organizational support of the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
As stated in today's press release, a survey on various topics was held among teachers, parents and pupils on the www.community.az website. According to the survey, relevant topics were selected for training, such as Dad, Mom and Me: How Can We Understand Each Other? and Behavioral Problems in Children.
The training has already attracted more than 350 people, including parents, children and teachers of secondary schools number 5, 8, 10, 11 and 14 of Sheki, as well as secondary schools number 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Guba. All in all, more than 2,000 people are expected to take part.
The main objective of the project and training is to develop effective communication skills between parents and children, to overcome problems such as aggression, anxiety and lies and to find out the correct methods of training, depending on the individual characteristics of the children, as well as the way of constructive interference.
Under the project, 45 training sessions will be conducted by professional psychologists, including the cities of Ganja and Lankaran. The main task of the School Community is as closely as possible to integrate parents into the school life and to enhance communication between parents and teachers.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
