According to the results of the journalistic survey, the most transparent and private banks have become known.
In Azerbaijan, there are 37 commercial banks. Twenty-five of these were sent 46 questions, containing no trade secrets, but including the requirements for prudential reporting and related general information on activities. More than 90% of the questions were answered only by five institutions: JSC Rabitabank (100%), OJSC Turanbank (98%), OJSC Zaminbank (97%), OJSC Parabank (94%) and JSC Gunaybank (93%).
