Parliament Tightens Rules for Broadcasting License
The Azerbaijani parliament holds a regular meeting in the autumn session. The agenda includes 26 issues related to changes in a number of legislative acts.
MPs have approved a number of them. So, the Law of AR "On Licenses and Permits" was added an item, according to which broadcasting "for purposes of national security is considered to be an activity that is subject not just to a license, but also to a special permit." --17D-
