Personnel Changes in "Empire" of Minister of Taxes
The former Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Board of JSC Synergy Group Dayanat Guliyev received a new appointment. He became Chairman of the Board of JSC Ata Bank.
Prior to this, the position was occupied by Etibar Babashli, who works as Guliyev’s deputy now.
JSC Ata Bank with the authorized capital of AZN 50 million has been effective from 1994. Its sole founder is the group of companies Ata Holding. The head of its Supervisory Board is Ashraf Kamilov.
According to unofficial but reliable information, both Ata Holding and Synergy Group are included in the direct sphere of influence of the Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov. --17D-
