Consideration of the submission to extend the preventive measure - arrest against the leader of the movement "Muslim unity" Thale Bagirzade has been scheduled for 7 March in the Nasimi District Court, said Bagirzade’s lawyer Javad Javadov. The submission made a First Deputy Prosecutor General Rustam Usubov.
On 26 November, 2015 Bagirzade together with a group of believers was detained during a special operation in the village of Nardaran. He was arrested for four months.
He was charged under 15 Articles of the Criminal Code, including an attempt to violent change of the constitutional system. Total of 68 people were arrested in this case. -05B-
