Placement of Shares of AtaHolding
OJSC AtaHolding began repayment of additional issue of shares worth 71.518 million manat today.
As stated in the press release of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), as a result of redemption of shares the authorized capital of the holding company will increase by 58,3% - up to 194.263 million manat. These additional emissions are included in the quotation list of BSE. According to them, the amount of securities is divided into 35,759,000 shares with a par value of AZN 2 each.
The underwriter of the accommodation is LLC Brokdil-Az. The term of the accommodation is 1 year.
AtaHolding with a current registered capital of 122 745 000 manat was established in 1993. AtaHolding shareholders are three entities - Hughson Management Inc (51%), Asbet Ltd. (25%) and Clonmel International (24%).
The holding includes 13 subsidiaries operating in the financial sector, industry, information technology, tourism, construction, energy, and food industry. --17D-
