Possibility of Transparent Investigation of Insurance Claims Considered
The Committee of Compulsory Insurance of Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA) is preparing proposals in the framework of the Action Plan for the development of the insurance market in the years 2015-2017.
As noted in the structure of the Ministry of Finance, the participants intend to make proposals and projects, including the amendments and additions to the law "On insurance activity" and "On Compulsory Insurance", the possibility of a transparent investigation of insurance claims, receiving electronic certificates on accidents and strengthening human resources.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of insurance companies Pasha Sigorta, AXA MBASK, Ipek Yolu Sigorta, Standard Insurance, Ata Sigorta, Ateshgah Sigorta, Alfa Sigorta, Azsigorta and Khalg Sigorta.
AIA was established in December 2006. The main goal is the development of the insurance market of Azerbaijan, as well as the performance of insurance companies with one voice in the discussion of the problems and prospects of the insurance market. --17D-
