Prepared rules of organization and transfer of broadband Internet
The Information Centre of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan has prepared the "rules of the organization and transfer of broadband Internet via the control system."
As the ministry said , according to the World Economic Forum's " Global Information Technology 2013 " Azerbaijan on the number of Internet users and in terms of availability of the Internet is the 20th place among 144 countries of the world," the report says .
The growing number of users causes topical issues such as healthy competition and antitrust activities in the field of telecommunications, equal access to the market of telecommunications services , the provision of high quality services to users and rights in this area.
To this end, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has prepared a " rules of the organization and transfer of broadband Internet via the control system ." - 17D-
