Privatization Generates AZN 1.1 Million Today
At auctions on January 10, 30 state-owned assets were sold to businesses and individuals. It is reported by the press service of the State Committee for Property Affairs.
At the auction for the sale of 3 residential buildings and several cars several bidders were involved. The assets were sold to those who offered the highest fee. For example, non-residential premises in the Khatai district of Baku were sold more than twice as much - 150 thousand manat.
Two small companies and 12 non-residential premises were sold in Baku.
From privatization of state property the state budget received 1.1 million manat, including 717,000 manat from the sale of the Araz car repair company in Baku. ----08D
