Prospectus of Amrah Sigorta"s Issue Registered
The insurance company Amrah Sigorta plans to increase the share capital up to AZN 5 million 0.66 thsd (+5.5%).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), it has registered the issue prospectus, and the shareholders decided to apply to this framework method in the further issue - each of the 1,310 uncertified unregistered shares will be worth 200 manats (AZN 262 thousand).
Insurance company "Amrah Sigorta" has been operating in the insurance market since 1993.
In 2008, in accordance with the laws of the company, changing the legal form of organization, it became a public company.
In the same year "Amrah Sigorta" received a perpetual license to conduct insurance business.
The authorized capital of the company is 4.5 million manat. Its shareholders are two individuals (the Ildirimzadeh family). - 17D-
