Citizens no longer need to visit branches of the State Committee of Property - now the so-called Form 1 can be obtained by e-services on the website of the State Committee. Turan’s correspondent remembers he had to visit this institution four times when selling his apartment – the procedures demanded that.
So three services have become electronic - receipt of Form 1, information on the state of the real estate in the name of the owner and the direction of the documents for the sale of assets in the secondary market after the registration of the transaction.
Notification of finished documents, if desired, may be obtained by SMS, but an applicant can also make personal trips to the departments of real estate registration. According to the Committee, various services in electronic format from the beginning of their implementation have benefited 183.5 thousand people.
