Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki Posted 71.8 % of Announced Issue of Shares
Shares of Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki for a total of 700,000 manat posted Tuesday on the BSE .
The issue of 40 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat passed state registration in December last year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was provided by Chelsea Capital LLC. On today placed 71.8 % ( 28.7 million manat) announced issue. According to the legislation issue is held in the case of placing her half . Paid charter capital thus reached 43.5 million manat.
Shareholders are one legal person and 12 individuals.
