Rabitabank brought the share capital to 50 million manat
Shares of Rabitabank for a total of 10 million manat posted on Friday on BSE.
Issue of 492,854 ordinary registered uncertified shares of nominal value of AZN 20.29, was registered by the end of June this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Underwriting was provided by Chelsea Capital.
Paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 50 million manat. According to the prospectus, it is owned by five individuals and 13 legal entities. - 15B -
