Registration of rights to real estate grew by 17.1%
January-May in Azerbaijan there were registered rights to 68.2 thsd properties, up 17.1% over the comparable period in 2012. The main part (48.8 thsd or 71.5%) of the operations was performed on the sale, according to Register Service of Real Estate.
Since the beginning of the year ASAN Khidmet provides services to citizens on the secondary real estate market. Perhaps the increase is associated with this factor.
The share of land in the structure of real estate is 39%. The number of transactions with land plots (26.6 million) increased compared to the same period of 2012 by 19.7%.
For five months operations were carried out with 23.3 thousand apartments in tenement buildings. This includes the privatization of public housing flats. Only in May 1,167 apartments were privatized. From 1993 to the 1st of June this year there were privatized 472,229 apartments.
The share of Baku in the real estate deals (25.1 thsd) was 36.8%. The share of the capital of the registration of apartment deals exceeds 71%. Activity in the real estate market of Baku for five months increased by 15.9%. - 08D-
