Rotation means for overhaul of the Ministry of Culture
The Cabinet of Ministers at the end of last year revised financing of the state capital building.
This time the rotation produced 4.64 million manat to be financed from the state budget for the construction and repair of facilities of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
According to the Government Decree of 11 December, which was made public in official information sources on January 15, 2013, reduced funding for two facilities in the city of Baku. By commissioned in 2011 after the reconstruction of the center cinema "Nizami" funding reduced from 3 million to 2 million manat. Thus, the repair of the theater in 2007-2012 cost the state at 42.4 million manat.
For repair and restoration of the Baku State Musical Comedy Theatre in 2012, the state budget has been allocated 24.7 million manat. The final decision of the government funding of the facility has been reduced by 3.3 million manat. It is noteworthy that was commissioned in early 2000 after an overhaul newly renovated theater in 2011. In 2011, was allocated 15.3 million manat.
A total of 340 thousand manats reduced financing of capital repairs of two schools of music and arts in Sahil settlement of Baku. For each of these objects is provided spend 1 million manats.
To free up the resources the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will continue construction of the House of Culture in Gabala (1.95 million manat). In 2011-12 for this purpose the Ministry of Culture has already received 5.3 million manat.
To overhaul the House of Culture in the Ministry of Culture Sabirabad received 1.5 million manat. Although the building was repaired in 2008-2010, on which there was spent 500,000 manat of the budget.
Cabinet has ordered the allocation of funds for major repairs and outfitting of two music schools and the construction of the auditorium arts school in the city of Baku. Allocated for this purpose about 1 mln. - 08D-
