
Russia released data of oil and gas resources growth
Baku/19.02.14/Turan. In 2013 growth of oil resources in Russia totaled 688.3 million tons and gas – 1,093 trillion cub.m., according to the ABC 1 standards, Russian Minister of Natural Resources Sergei Donskoy told journalists.
Ased about growth of resources, he said: “In 2013 in early January we had 688,304,000 tons of oil and 1,093 trillion cub.m. of gas, considering gas caps on the oil fields.”
The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources reported that during the geological exploration works in Russia in 2013 growth of gas resources exceeded the production by 33.2%, while oil and condensate resources exceeded the production by 17.6%. In 2013 the growth of hydrocarbon resources at the expense of geological exploration funded from the state budget totaled 6.2 billion tons of conditonal fuel (growth by 3.3%).
According to the Russian Statistical Committee, in 2013 oil and gas condensate production totaled 523 million tons. Production of natural gas, including associated gas, reached 668 billion cub.m.—0—
