Samir Sharifov: "Nakhchivan autonomy does not require additional investments"
Talking about the problems of the Nakhchivan enclave, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said that the budget of the Autonomous Republic in the following year will include 332.7 million manat - AZN 27.3 million more than in this year. "In fact, this region is developing; there is building and new businesses; so every year we must gradually get rid of the budget dependence," he said.
