Shareholders of Bank of Baku Convene General Meeting
The shareholders of JSC Bank of Baku convene a general annual meeting scheduled for January 27.
The management does not report on the agenda, but we are not talking about financial performance, as it will be announced in March and April.
JSC Bank of Baku with the authorized capital of AZN 52,870,000 has operated since 1994 and specializes mainly in consumer loans.
Its shareholders are the Turkish NAB Holding (35%), Hikmet Ismailov, the sole owner of the insurance company Azsigorta (31.11%), who bought the share of Rafig Aliyev, brother of former Economy Minister Farhad Aliyev. In addition, the list includes Azpetrol (28.89%) and Elchin Isayev, who is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board (5%). --17D-
