On the foreign exchange auction of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar rose from AZN 1.7430 to AZN 1.7475 on December 13.
Since mid-October, the dollar has been steadily increasing. Though the vast majority of commercial banks have a 4% margin from the currency trade, they have refused to sell foreign currency to the population for already a month. -71D-
