Shareholders of JSC VTB Bank-Azerbaijan to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting
The shareholders of JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) will hold an extraordinary general meeting on July 26. Several issues will be put on the agenda.
As the bank said, the General Secretary of the general meeting will be elected as well as members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee.
JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) has operated in the local market from November 23, 2009. The share capital (50 million 815 thousand AZN) is divided between Vneshtorgbank (51%) and JSC Ata Holding (48.99%), plus a private person (0.01%). The total number of shares is 245,075, each with a par value of 200 manats.
Recall that in November 2008, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan approved the acquisition of 51% of the local AF Bank by Vneshtorgbank from Russia. --17D-
