Shares of Imishly Brick Factory Back on Investment Competition
The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has announced an investment competition for sale of 30.01% (65,266 shares) of shares of Imishli-Kerpic, the enterprise for the production of bricks and other building materials in Imishli. This has been the third attempt since 2011 The Committee sells shares with this method without changing the conditions for the applicants.
Applicants must submit an investment program for the rehabilitation of the company with the installation of the necessary equipment. As for the acquisition of shares, an investor must submit the State Committee at least 45,000 manat.
The authorized capital stock is 434.894 manat. As of June 1, 2013 the company has debts amounting to 8.6 million manat and the accounts receivable are 999 manats.
The company has operated since 1985 and has only one employee. Other shareholders of JSC Imishli-Kerpic are not reported. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
