On March 31, the regular general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company Silk Way Insurance will be held.
The company did not publish the agenda of the meeting, which in turn contradicts the rules.
It should be noted that Silk Way Insurance in 2016 increased total revenues by 3,081,757 AZN or 15.1% to 23,484,072 AZN in comparison with 2015.
The company's assets in 2016 increased by 7,316,328 AZN or 23.4% compared to 2015, making 38,524,875 AZN.
The capital of Silk Way Insurance in 2016 amounted to 24,765.853 AZN. In comparison with 2015, the capital grew by 8.6% or 1,957.898 AZN.
In 2016, Silk Way Insurance showed a profit of 3,440,417 AZN.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
