Since 2011 gas production grows in Azerbaijan
From January to September 2015 Azerbaijan extracted 14,424,900,000 cub.m. of tank gas (growth by 4.2%). During the same period last year the volume of extracted tank gas in the country totaled 13,845,100,000 cub.m.
According to the specified information of the State Statistical Committee, in 2014 Azerbaijan extracted 18,827,000,000 cub.m. of tank gas (growth by 5.2%), of which 14.99 billion cub.m. was natural gas and 3,837,000,000 cub.m. – associated gas.
This year the country is forecast to produce 19.1 billion cub.m. of tank gas.—0—

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
