SMS loan from The Bank of Baku
In order to facilitate banking services for the first time in the banking practice of Azerbaijan, The Bank of Baku starts an SMS credit service. From now on, the customers not going to the bank will be able to apply for a loan from their mobile phone. The requested loan amount will be transferred to the customer's card Dostlar Klubu.
To order a credit one should send to the number 8145 the following combination: the last 8 digits of the card Dostlar Klubu, a space, and the loan amount. Example: 03129876 loan in 1500.
After posting the application it is evaluated automatically and the amount of credit that the client can receive is determined. The customer can redeem the loan transferred to the card via any ATM of The Bank of Baku.
SMS application for the loan can be made with customers' phone numbers registered by the bank.
In the first phase SMS credits can be taken by the holders of Diamond and Gold Cards of Dostlar Klubu, and eventually all the 70,000 members of the club will take advantage of it.
The Bank of Baku received a patent for SMS loans from the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Azerbaijan Republic. - 15D -
