The first public information on the securities market participants has been released in the electronic data disclosure system. JSC Synergy Group announced (https://goo.gl/gqXYsO) its liquidation and withdrawal from circulation of shares totaling 50 million manats in connection with the change of the legal form. The Group will continue its activities in the form of a limited liability company.
The decision was made by the company's shareholders on February 1.
JSC Synergy Group was established in April 2010. It includes more than 20 companies working in the spheres of industry, agriculture, hospitality, banking, etc. Ashraf Kamilov owns 99% stake in the company.
