The campaign of Ilham Aliyev came to school
It looks like the pre-election agitation campaign reached schools. In Baku, Sumgait and in other regions of the country students are given booklets dedicated to the president of Ilham Aliyev in the years 2003-2013.
The brochures were published by the Ministry of Economic Development at high-level printing. About circulation and publisher it is not reported. But, of course, we are talking about no less than 100 thousand copies, as they have been received by students from the first grade to Grade 11.
The National Council of Democratic Forces saw abuse in the distribution of books to schools - a large-scale pre-election PR campaign by the incumbent government. "It is natural that children will bring books home as electoral propaganda publications for older family members who are potential voters," said the chairman of the National Council of Public Affairs, Mehman Aliyev.
In the ruling New Azerbaijan Party they believe that the book talks about is not the nominee, but President Ilham Aliyev and is not confined to the election, but to the new school year.
The brochures were released under the title "2003-2013: Objectives, Development, Results." Documents about the country's ongoing state programs of socio-economic development are too politicized and the results achieved are attributed solely to the activities of Ilham Aliyev. For example, the brochure released in Sumgait consists of 146 pages and the name of the current president is repeated 31 times. His photos are on 35 pages.
The brochure in the figures reflects the socio- economic achievements in Sumgait. For 10 years the gross domestic product in the city increased by 1.5 times , industrial production - 2.8 times the average salary - 6.9 times . The number of businesses over the years has increased by 4.1 times , mainly due to the subjects of the petty trade . It also shows statistics about the dubious opened in new jobs . So , it is noted that for the last 10 years was opened 47,716 new jobs, of which 31 036 - permanent . However, according to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, in 2005-2011 the number of employees of construction companies in the city dropped from 1794 to 1039, industrial enterprises - from 16 399 to 13 733. Over the years indicated in Sumgait suspended operations 19 industrial enterprises, the report said GCS.
According to the State Statistics Committee, in 2005, the industrial enterprises of Sumgayit receive starvation wages - an average of 105 per month. In 2011, this figure reached 337 manat. - 08D-
