The Central Bank does not change the dollar rate
Azerbaijan Central bank did not increase the dollar on January 18, leaving it at the level 1.8045 manats. Today, commercial banks bought dollar at 1.77-1.80, and sold at 1,86-1,88 manat. The Central Bank has changed the rules of foreign exchange auctions and now holds auctions three times a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the Central Bank itself determines the dollar rate. -71D-
