The Central Bank does not raise the dollar rate
Azerbaijan Central Bank did not raise the dollar rate for January 31, leaving it at the level 1.9165 manats. According to Turan, in January, the dollar rose on each auction.
During the current month rate rose from 1.7707 manat to 1.9165 manat per dollar.
Commercial banks are buying the US currency on 1,91-1,93 manat, and sell it at 1,96-1,98 manat. -71D-
