The Ministry of Agriculture has renewed alcohol test
The working group of the Ministry of Agriculture has renewed monitoring of wholesale and retail outlets and catering facilities for quality control and compliance with the rules of the sale of alcoholic beverages.
The Ministry of Agriculture told Turan that there are not any serious reasons for concern about the quality of sold alcoholic beverages in the country. The monitoring measures are routine in nature, and the first to be tested objects was at the Nasimi district of Baku. To ensure the objectivity of these inspections, the suspicious products will be sent to the Central Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture for experimental analysis.
At the same time, a source in the Ministry of Agriculture noted that the monitoring will be carried out exclusively on the list set by the Ministry of Justice. "The monitoring will avoid large trade, backed by officials and oligarchs," the official added.
According to the rules, alcoholic beverages can be checked only by the Ministry of Taxes.
The working group to monitor alcoholic drinks market was established in February 2006. The group includes representatives of the Ministries of Economic Development and Health, as well as the National Standards Committee. - 08B-
