The new head of the administration of the air
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the 13th February 2013 appointed Fuad Hidayat oglu Guliyev Director of the State Administration of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
Fuad Guliyev previously served as deputy director of administration since the establishment of its office in early 2008, Turan was told in the CAA.
The rearrangement of staff in the CAA its employees learned yesterday. It is learned that the former director of the Administration Arif Mammadov was appointed the fifth to account vice president of state airline "Azerbaijan Airlines". Prior to joining CAA, he led the airline to one of the departments.
Fuad Guliyev was born in 1956 in Baku. In 1973-1979 he studied at the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers. He worked in AZAL.
CAA was established in December 2006. The main task is to monitor the administration of civil aviation, public policy and regulation in this area. The administration staff has 49 people. - 08D-
