The next tranche of LLC «Dalgic»
OOO «Dalgic» received a large loan from JSC «Unibank» - in the amount of $1.5 million. This is the second credit since early August - last month were received another $ 10 million. Together from Unibank and European Bank reconstruction and development.
The structure of the funds were allocated to perform underwater engineering, air-diving and ship repair activities in the Caspian Sea.
In August 2014 Unibank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development allocated Dalgic company a loan of $10 million. This project is among the largest projects in Azerbaijan financed by the EBRD together with the local banks. "Support of the real sector of the economy remains one of the priorities of Unibank. The bank serves its corporate clients through four specialized branches - "Gara Garayev", "Icheri Sheher", "Darnagul» and «Unibank- business center", " reads the statement.
The JSC «Unibank» was created in October 2002. The company's authorized capital 66.21% belongs to individuals, 33.79% - to legal entities, including 12.15% - 6.68% and the Bank - the German company DEG. The company «Dalgic MMC», which has been operating since 1996, is one of the largest corporate clients. --17D-
