Central Bank has not changed the dollar rate on February 28, leaving it at the level 1.7475 manats. Commercial banks buy the US currency in the range of 1,73-1,75 manat, and sell for 1,78-1,84 manat. Euro official exchange rate is 1.8466 manat. Commercial banks buy the European currency in the range of 1.80-1.84 manats, and sell for 1,9-1,95 manats. -71D-
