The yield on two-year bonds FinansLizinq increased to 14%
State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of FinansLizinq, for a total of 400,000 manat. The par value of a bond is AZN 500, the term - 2 years, the annual interest rate - 14%.
According to the prospectus, placement will be conducted by public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange. Underwriter of the securities will be LLC Pasha Capital.
Most recently, in May of this year the prospectus of unsecured, interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the company for a total amount of 300,000 manats passed registration, while the term of the securities was 720 days, and the interest rate - 13%. -15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
