Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources made in the first two months of this year 578 acts on violations of environmental laws. Materials on 78 facts were submitted to the judicial authorities.
The press service of the Ministry of Environment told Turan that on these cases the State Fund for the Protection of the Environment was allocated over 2 million manat. For comparison, in the total 2012 on 3,382 facts of violations of environmental legislation the Fund was transferred 1.7 million manat. - 08D-
