On February 1, the service of Mobile Number Portability (MNP) started in Azerbaijan.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan, innovation is valid for all three existing mobile operators who have completed the preparatory work.
Now, citizens will be able to change the operator, depending on personal preference. He will be enough to add a seven-digit number of the existing prefixes (050 , 051 , 055 , 070 or 077) .
The Ministry of Communications in April last year announced the introduction of " mobile freedom ", but one of the operators was not ready for innovation. -17D-
