Turanbank raises capital by 12%
JSC Turanbank increases its share capital by 4.779 million or 12% to 44.779 million manat.
As the press service of the State Committee for Securities said, the relevant prospectus for 3,697 ordinary registered uncertified shares with par value of AZN 1,082 passed the state registration on Tuesday .
According to the prospectus, placement will be held by the mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
Share capital of the bank currently stands at 40 million manat. Shareholders of the bank acting since 1992 are 21 physical and 5 legal entities. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
