Issue of 2,205,900 preferred non-documentary shares with par value of AZN 2.72 passed state registration in September this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was provided by Ltd. Unicapital. Today there has been placed 100% of the announced issue. The paid charter capital , thus , reached 62.56 million manat.
