Unibank Put almost 83 % of the Last Issue of Shares
Shares of OJSC Unibank totaling 508.3 thousand manats posted Friday on the BSE.
Issue of 2,205,900 preferred non-documentary shares with par value of AZN 2.72 passed state registration in September this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting services were provided by Unicapital. Today 82.6% ( 4.955 million manat) of the announced issue has been placed. According to the law an issue shall be deemed when placing a half of it. Paid charter capital, thus, reached 61.520 million manat.
The main shareholder of Unibank is Chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Garibov ( 65.34 % equity) . - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
