On December 1, investment in local housing construction reduced - in January-November this segment was invested 914 million manats (minus 13% from the same period last year).
According to the State Statistics Committee, the figure is 6.3% of all capital investments in the economy. The total area of housing put into operation in the reporting period amounted to 1 million 634.1 thousand square meters (minus 9.5%).
Recall, last year there was put 1,978.3 thousand sq. m of housing area (minus 7.5% in 2013). --17D-
