Azerbaijan signals nuclear pivot as part of broader energy transition, minister says

A three-day international diplomatic forum in the Turkish resort city of Antalya ended without significant agreements, despite the participation of leaders and senior officials from more than twenty countries and dozens of ministers, participants and observers said.
