14 insurance brokers return to Azerbaijani markets

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has restored in force the licences for insurance agent activity to 12 physical entities, and insurance broker activity to 2 physical entities. This is reported on the website of the regulator. The decision was adopted on 22 April in line with the "Law on Insurance Activity", the report says. The reason is that insurance brokers eliminate circumstances that give grounds for suspension of the licence....
